Stanley Lin is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker, imaging researcher, and creative technologist working at the intersection of cinema, technology, and immersive media. With a background in film and business administration from the University of Southern California, his work spans traditional filmmaking, interactive storytelling, and next-generation imaging workflows. His research with USC’s Mobile & Environmental Media Lab and Ganek Immersive Studio focuses on digital image processing, optical testing, and the development of immersive 180º video production pipelines, supporting platforms like Apple Vision Pro. Beyond research, Stanley has produced and shot films across diverse genres—from gripping dramas to high-intensity action. His work has screened at Pasadena International Film Festival, Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival, and International Ocean Film Festival.
